There are many people who cure (themselves) from cancer (and other diseases, for that matter). A few things they all seem to have in common:
They take responsibility for their health/sickness away from doctors or anyone else.
They get rid of negative feelings (like anger, grudge, helplessness and, most of all, by doing this, FEAR). In other words, they CHANGE their lifestyle (most of the time they also take control of what they eat – which is where this book comes in handy).
But most important (togheter with finding peace of mind):
They give their body TIME TO HEAL ITSELF!

I gave this to a newly diagnosed friend and she commented that this was exactly what she had been searching for. This journal gave her some sense of organization to an uncontrollable event in her life. My friend shared it with her doctor and her doctor, already familiar with the journal, encouraged her to use it. Thank you Kim Regenhard for turning a negative experience into a positive way to help others!

I wish I had this when I was diagnosed with breast cancer! It is a tool to help keep track of the journey and help organize the details. It also includes the advice of other survivors and experts in the field. Also it is a classic and a beautiful item to carry along the way

I gave A Survivor’s Guide to my friend who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and she said it was the most useful gift she had ever received. She said the book was informative and positive when she felt overwhelmed and afraid. She said the author thought of everything and she was so appreciative for the step by step guide that kept her calm during her treatment and made her optimistic about becoming well. Pam C.
